The world’s greatest opportunity was found way back in 1981 by an American named Murray Reinhert. At the age of 26, Murray, un-employed was heavily in debt. One night while sleeping in the back of his car, an idea struck him. “Set up a Company on simple principles”

• No specific education qualification or working experience required.
• No religion, race or political assimilation.
• Attract people who are hard working, highly ambitious and ready to learn new ways of doing things. As a strategist, Murray believed in not finding a niche within the existing industry space but to create new space that is uniquely suited to the company’s own strengths. This space was off the map but he was convinced that this PMA=OPM formula would sustain his company. (Positive Mental Attitude= Other Peoples Money).

Together with Larry Ternabaum, Tim Rothtwell, Dr Chonko, and Chad Powers (all executive Vice Presidents now) came up with a business plan. With a good net-work of friends and professionals they established a supply chain on consignment agreement and would pay after the sales. The business plan later came to be known as the 5 & 8. The rest is history.

This wild-fire was soon to engulf all the continents. On reaching Africa, the business took a new twist in communities of highly educated un-employed graduates, college drop-outs, who would barely find employment opportunities. Without (or with little) entrepreneurial skills and scarce financial resources, coupled with poor business practices, Africa especially the youth had been locked out of successful business compared to Indians, Americans, Chinese, Lebanese communities to mention but a few.
This was recently aggravated by the global recession which heightened the collapse of many companies both on the international scene & local levels. Out of the above circumstances, Rhino Four was formed to be part of the solution and have decided to use this website as a platform to share our experience, encourage, inspire and motivate fellows who constantly migrate to the west and Far East in search of opportunities before exploiting the ones under their feet. Our objective is to help the unemployed, retrenched or declared redundant to cop with the severing economical factors. Rhino Group have developed a program to recruit, train & empower everyone with the right circumstances and interest in the business world.

In my own words this is what I can say; “its very challenging in the business world but with a positive mental attitude, hard work and willingness to learn, everyone can create an opportunity in a business they desire in their communities. By using the simple module of the 5& 8, it has lifted a veil off my eyes and I can see that this is the time for Africa. We are willing train you and connect you to the supply chain, give you all the necessary support to run an independent business of your own.”
